Hi Everyone!

I’m over on the WOW! Embossing Blog and YouTube today featuring two cards created using the gorgeous layering stamps from A Pocket Full of Happiness.

I have a video up on YouTube that shows you how I created these cards.

For my first card I used the stamp set A Heart Full of Flowers along with WOW! Pearl powders on dark gray cardstock.

This stamp has 4 layers, so I used WOW pearls in Green, White, Blue and Violet which pair perfectly. I also layered the sentiment directly over the top in WOW! Opaque Bright White.

I added a few white acrylic splatters, die cut the piece with a stitched rectangle die and mounted it on craft foam to a card base to finish.

For my next card I used the Mosaic Circle Builder, which has three layers. Perfect for using with a WOW! Trio. I grabbed the Seth Apter Metalz as I love the antiqued look – perfect for the weathered mosaic. I used a panel of kraft in the same vein as well.

These are super simple to line up, and I used the same overlay of an Opaque Bright White sentiment again for the centre. I then die cut it with a stitched circle die and popped it onto a white card base with foam adhesive. A few Antique Gold splatters finished the distressed look!

You can find all the supplies I used below – I can’t wait to see more of these stamps, they’re great for inks, but you can see they work beautifully with any your powders as well!
