Good day everyone! Can you believe it’s March! It seems like only yesterday it was last March and so much has happened since then. Today’s March Clubs Project Inspiration blog hop with Spellbinders features happy, fun and cheery spring themed projects, just perfect for uplifting someone’s day.
For my card today, my central focal point is one of the scripty Glimmer Hot Foil sentiments from the Glimmer Club for March “Let Your Sentiments Shine Brighter”. I glimmered this uplifting one (there are five in the set) in my current fave Glimmer foil – Citrine – onto some corally pink cardstock.
To encircle the sentiment, I used the Small Die of the Month. I recently featured this to create a square card, but it comes with a couple of little links so you can also use it on an A2 card which is what I did here. As I used such bright cardstock and glimmer foil, I kept the border neutral with white cardstock, and adhered directly to the panel.
I embellished with Fashion Gold embellishments and for a little added detail I added a rose dimensional die cut sticker on the top, from a past club card kit.

I couldn’t help myself, I took several side trips in your blog along the way here, because I love to foil and you have some wonderful ideas. I have to try foiling a background. Like the layout of this card and the foil you selected, as well as the sentiment. Pink just makes me want to open the windows and soak up the sun – but a bit too premature yet!
