Hi Everyone!

It’s that time of the month where we share more inspiration using the Spellbinders Clubs products. You should have arrived here from Ilina’s blog. Stay tuned for giveaway details!

I’m using the October Glimmer of the month which features a leaf border that can be glimmered twice to form a full border for an A2 size card. I already showed you the Happy Fall Y’all sentiment and today I’m featuring the Hello Pumpkin sentiment.

I took a panel of watercolor cardstock and glimmered the leaf border twice using Copper Glimmer hot foil using my Glimmer Hot Foil System. I then glimmered the sentiment in the centre using Brass Glimmer foil.

Using a waterbrush, I loosely painted the leaves with liquid watercolors, then using a lot of water, painted around the leaves to create an autumnal wash. The foil resists the watercolor and shines through.

I added some splatters and finished with some Nuvo Jewel Drops before mounting on a card base and rounding the corners. I love how this turned out!
