Hands up who wants to see the new Erin Lee Creative release!?!? I have three cards to share with you today featuring some of the new products as part of a blog hop celebrating the release.

You should have arrived here from Michelle’s blog. Be sure to stay tuned to the end of this post to find out about prizes you can win and the next stop on the hop. All of the new goodies are available in the store now, and I’ve linked to the release below as well.

Now onto my cards! I really liked the funky, cool look of some of the products in the release and I was particularly inspired by the Face Stencil to create some semi ‘pop art’ style cards.

For this card I used the Face Stencil and three different glitter pastes. This is such a super easy card to make. I used Nuvo Glimmer Paste in Pink Opal for the lips, Bo Bunny Glitter Paste in Rose Gold for the nose, and Brutus Monroe Glitter Glaze in Raven for the eyes and eyebrows.

You can apply them all at the same time if you’re careful, as the images are far enough apart on the stencil. When dry I stamped this cool sentiment from the Bite Me stamp set in Versafine Onyx Black ink.

My next card uses repeat stamping of the vampire mouth image from the Bite Me stamp set. I eyeballed the placement using an acrylic block but you could draw faint pencil lines to line it up too. I went for a rainbow look using Catherine Pooler spa inks which have grey tones – I thought these looked similar to the pop art style colors. I used Daydream, Skylight, Lemongrass, Polished and Queen For A Day.

I splatted some black ink on the panel, and to finish I heat embossed the Bite Me sentiment in WOW! Opaque Bright White embossing powder onto black cardstock and popped it up on foam tape. I also added some Sparkling Clear sequins to finish.

My last card uses the amaaaaaazing Holographic Cardstock. I JUST LOVE THIS. I had to make a card that was entirely holographic. I took an A2 panel and then heat embossed the large ‘babe’ sentiment from the Babe stamp set in WOW! Clear Matte Dull embossing powder. This gives it an engraved look which is super cool in real life.

I stamped three more of the smaller sentiments from the set in Versafine Onyx Black ink onto white cardstock, trimmed them out and popped them up on foam tape. As a finishing touch I added a few Little Things from Lucy’s Cards Mermaid Mix jewels.

Isn’t this release so much fun! Now onto the PRIZES! To celebrate this release Erin Lee Creative are giving away three $25 gift codes to three lucky winners chosen from comments left across all of the blogs participating in this hop (3 total winners, 3 $25 gift codes).

Please leave a comment on any participating blog by October 11, 2019. Three winners will be announced the following week on the Erin Lee Creative Blog. The more you comment, the more chances to win!
