Hello everyone and welcome to the Reverse Confetti March Release Blog Hop! The new release is choc full of gorgeous spring themed prettiness and cuteness! You should have landed here from Deanne’s blog. There are 7 new stamp sets and 10 new Confetti Cuts die sets, and I’m featuring a few in my post today. Stay tuned to the end of this post for the next stop on the hop.

My first card features the Adorned Egg stamp and coordinating die set. I stamped the bow, floral swag, and basket from the set in Antique Linen Distress Ink onto cold press watercolor cardstock and watercolored them with my pan watercolors. I went for pale pinks, peaches and corals, for a fresh spring tone.

When dry, I die cut each of the images out and arranged on a panel of woodgrain cardstock splattered with pale pink metallic shimmer spray. I heat embossed the sentiment from the set in gold embossing powder onto grapefruit cardstock and adhered it over the top. I mounted onto a cream cardbase and finished with a few gold sequins.

My next two cards feature the super cute Hop Into Spring set which has lots of cute easter bunnies! I created both cards at the same time by stamping out all of my images in Copic friendly black ink on Xpress it cardstock, and coloring them with my Copics. I stamped several of the bees and flowers to use as embellishment/backdrops. I then die cut them out with the coordinating dies.

I took two panels of A2 white cardstock and ink blended them from the base, fading out towards the centre, one in pale purple and one in pale pink. Using the new Along the Dotted Lines Cover Panel die, I die cut the blended panels and then arranged my die cuts adhering with foam tape.

For the pink panel I arranged the flowers and bees along with that CUTE little bunny in a basket. I also added shimmer to the eggs and clear Nuvo Drops to the flower centres as well as Sakura Glaze black gel pens to the eyes.

I stamped my sentiment directly onto the panel in black ink and added a few iridescenet Nuvo Glitter Drops.

On my purple card, I added a few shimmery splatters, and then I popped up the little bunny couple and stamped the sentiment. Super simple and just thought it was cute to leave as a clean and simple card.

Your next stop on the hop is Kathy!

Enjoy!

Jenny
