Hi Everyone!

Today I’m sharing a card using the latest release from Reverse Confetti for their Stock Your Stash Challenge. This month the SYS challenge is ‘Love Is In The Air’ – perfect timing with Valentine’s Day coming up, as well of course, the latest release having just the perfect stamp set which of course is what I’m featuring today.

I’m using the Love Is In The Air stamp set and coordinating Confetti Cuts. I stamped out the cute cat and raccoon with Copic friendly black ink, colored them in with Copics then die cut them.

For my background, I die cut a panel of 110lb white cardstock using the new Outlined Frame Cover Panel Confetti Cut. This die cuts a dashed line and holes border all the way around the outer edge – great for overlaying onto colored cardstock to let it peep through, or as I’ve done here, even add some stitching!

I also used the Big Love Confetti Cut bottom layer to die cut Love into the centre. to create a window.

I used a large embroidery needle (rounded like for cross stitch) and some variegated pink ombre thread and stitched around the frame twice, taping it off at the back, then adhering it to a white notecard. I used the top layer of the Big Love Confetti Cuts and die cut each letter from a different color of coordinating cardstock and two more times from white cardstock, stacked them with liquid glue and then adhered them to the centre of the window. I used holographic cardstock for the heart to add a little bling.

I adhered the cat and raccoon to the panel with foam squares, and also added glossy accents to the hearts, black gel pen to the eyes, and white gel pen highlights. To finish, I heat embossed the sub-sentiment in white on black cardstock, perfect for the challenge!

Be sure to head on over and play along – you have until the 29th Jan to play, and you could be in with a chance to win $20 GC.
