Hi Everyone!

Zooming in with a new card for no reason at all other than I got a chance to PLAY with my stuff!  I broke out the gorgeous Altenew Build-A-Flower Aster, a new stencil from Simon Says Stamp and my Minc for this one!

First I grabbed the gorgeous new Heart Mandala Stencil from Simon (these stencils are SO intricate, but really sturdy, just wonderful) and using my palette knife, applied a semi-thin layer of  Deco Foil Transfer Gel over the stencil onto a card panel made from 110lb Neenah Solar White.  I lifted up the stencil and immediately cleaned it, then left the gel to dry.  You know it’s dry when it goes fully clear. Mine took a while (I think I left it overnight to be sure but I know it doesn’t take THAT long).

I heat embossed the outline image from the Altenew Aster set using Wow Glitter Silver embossing powder on 40lb vellum and die cut it with the co-ordinating die.  I also heat embossed in white the sentiment, on a Cotton Candy scrap of card stock and trimmed it out.

When the transfer gel was dry, I lay on top a piece of Therm O Web foil (Opal) and ran it through my Minc machine.  WOW!  This stuff is awesome.  It flattens the gel out slightly but it’s still raised and super smooth.  I love it.

New favorite obsession.

I trimmed the panel slightly and then adhered it with double sided tape and fun foam to a Neenah Solar White 11olb card base. I then adhered the embossed vellum Aster on top using clear glue dots.  Because the image is so detailed, the dots are hidden perfectly.  The sentiment was adhered with foam squares for extra dimension.  I then finished it off with a scattering of Pretty Pink Posh clear droplets in two sizes.

It’s so sparkly! (I can’t stop rubbing the stencilled image! LOL)

Hope you like it!  I highly recommend this gel, it’s so much fun.

Have a fab weekend,

Jenny
