Hi everyone,

Don’t forget that there is still time to get your entry in for the current Time Out Challenge, where I am Guest Designer 😀  This week the challenge is to CASE Julia Alterman.  Because she’s awesome.

I have one more card to show you for the challenge.  The card we are CASEing can be found on this post or over at Time Out.   For my second card I continued to emulate Julia’s stitched die, and colour scheme, but I went a little more clean and simple shaker.  I chose to ink blend a die cut sentiment rather than coloring in an image:

I created the shaker the same way I did for my previous card, although this time I used the My Favorite Things Wonky Window die and the Gingham Background stamp from Simon Says Stamp.  I then used Distress Ink and blending foam to blend down the Treat Yo Self sentiment die cut (from Essentials by Ellen Hutson).  I then covered the whole die cut in Versamark and dunked it into sparkling clear embossing powder by Judikins and heat set. I adhered to the front window and the card was done.

I have absolutely loved Guest Designing for Time Out Challenge, thanks so much to the team for having me! Please make sure you visit the site, give lots of love for the DT cards which are fabulous, and join in the fun, you still have a bit of time!

Have a wonderful week and good luck!

Jenny
